Refund Policy

1. We receive/send payments through Bank to Bank transfer only. Not receiving payments by cash or Western Union.

2. Our payment terms for all customers ( Domestic and International) 30% advance and remaining payment against Lorry Load Receipt or BL copy. We can deliver our goods only the 100% payment received.

3. Advance Payment Refund Policy:

(a) After transfer advance payment if you change your mind kindly inform us in 24 hours by email. So we can stop all the order processing works and refund 100% of your advance payment.

(b) Some rare situations we cant process your order after receive advance payment. In that case we will offer 100% full refund of your advance payment.

(c) In case if you request refund for any reason after 24 hours we can offer partial refund based on the work processed for your order. This partial refund amount will be evaluated and decided by Starline Traders Agro Products Pvt Ltd sales & service team.

Once we dispatched your goods through transporter / logistics (By Road / Sea / Air) we cant give any refund for our sold goods. We kindly request you to verify the goods before dispatched. We accept any third party inspection service providers or direct inspection in the time of loading or before our goods dispatched.
